Warranty Information
Tempered Glass Screen Protectors
Our Lifetime Warranty Replacement cost on any screen protector is $10 for all phone tempered glass/film and $15 for all tablets and UV glass. This plan is valid for the same device only and you must bring in original glass or film. Tempered glass/film installation and warranties are serviced in-store only.
Device Repair Warranty
All Screen Display and Battery repairs are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects.Â
Although we always install a new air tight seal, 100% Water-tightness after repair is not always guaranteed.
Warranty is limited to the specific hardware worked on, and does not cover any software related issues within device.
WARRANTY IS VOID IF:
There is any physical damage or tampering of device after repair.
There has been liquid contact and/or damage to device at any time before or after the repair.
Return Policy
Returned/exchanged products must be made within 14 days of purchase and in NEW condition with all packaging/parts and original receipt. Non-refundable products include: Protection plans, tempered glass, film protectors, batteries, opened headphones, battery cases, mobile device repairs, and items that show use/damage or are missing parts.
If returning an item, any discounted items may go back to full price. Refunds are given in the same form as the original payment. The original credit card must be present for refund.
